The German city of Ulm has introduced a unique solution for rough sleepers during the winter months – warm sleep pods placed in parks and other places where homeless people are known to sleep. The cabins are made of wood and steel, and fit up to two people inside, protecting from cold and rain while circulating fresh air throughout.
