A farmer in Lincolnshire has been giving people in need a 'second chance' by offering them work and accommodation.
Michael Gallacher, owner of GCS Group which is a farm and machinery business in Horncastle, has given two people, who were previously without a home or work, a second chance by offering them a position at his farm.
