We Appreciate Your Donations

We are so grateful for the many people who bring over donations. We welcome food, toiletries and sleeping bags. Any clothes should be clean and in good condition, and we can only take clean, good-condition single bedding when we have the space to store it. We generally don’t take donations of other household items – call us to check before you travel.

If you need a FOOD PARCEL, please FIRST call 01293 447704 to make a request

About Us

Established in 1982 as the Crawley Community Resources Centre, then incorporated in 1994 and renamed Crawley Open House. Today we are a registered charity with a mission to support those who find themselves experiencing homelessness in Crawley and West Sussex.

Crawley Open House is a year-round, high support hostel for those who are experiencing homelessness and hardship, also providing life-skills training and resettlement support for our residents and service-users. Through the tremendous support of our generous donors and trustees, we have been able to carry out our mission for over 40 years.
