HEAD OF OPERATIONS

40 hours per week

​

 

To be responsible for the day-to-day running of all areas of Crawley Open House and the well-being and safety of its clients and staff. With the CEO is responsible for the efficient overall management of all of Crawley Open House’s services and staffing in line with Open House’s objectives, philosophies and policies.

​

 

To plan and develop services in line with Open House’s development plans. The C.E.O. is responsible for both capital and revenue funding, maximising resources and maintaining budgetary control.

 

 

Applicants need to be proficient in Microsoft programmes such as power point and Excel as well as have a good standard of IT knowledge.

 

Applicants must have empathy with our client group and the ability to work within the ethos of Crawley Open House.
