HOSTEL MANAGER

Starting at £30,000 - £34,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Average 40 hours per week with additional on-call responsibilities

Crawley Open House is a long-established charity operating a twenty-four-bed hostel and a busy drop-in resource-centre. Both provisions are designed to offer a high level of support to clients that are homeless and disadvantaged.

 

We are looking for a Manager to assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of the hostel. This is a vital role in the organisation and candidates should have experience of an environment like ours and a demonstrated history of exceptional motivational, organisational and communication skills.
