We are looking for a Resettlement Worker to work with the Resettlement Coordinator to assume responsibility for assessing and meeting the resettlement needs of our hostel residents.

 

This will include identifying individual needs and barriers to housing before drawing up a plan that will include the guidance and support necessary to successfully guide our residents into long-term move-on accommodation suitable for their specific needs.

 

Candidates should ideally have experience of working with homeless and disadvantaged clients and an understanding of current issues and options with regard to housing legislation and resettlement options.
