DAY CENTRE RESETTLEMENT WORKER £22,000
We are looking for a Resettlement Worker to assume responsibility for assessing and meeting the resettlement needs of our day centre clients
This will include identifying individual needs and barriers to housing; drawing up plans that will include the support necessary to successfully assist our clients into long term accommodation suitable for their specific needs.
