This year is the 15th anniversary of our annual Christmas Appeal, 'Operation Santa'.

Back in 2004, Mercury FM started a campaign live on-air to support Crawley Open House provide a 3-course Christmas Dinner with all the trimmings for those suffering the effects of homelessness and social exclusion.

Today, 'Operation Santa' has grown in to one of our biggest appeals, and we can't do it without you.

There are many ways you can get involved:

You could get your workplace involved by holding a 'Dress Down Day', 'Wear Some Festive Day', organise a raffle, or anything to raise funds for the homeless and disadvantaged.

At home, at work, in your school or college or place of worship, you could collect a much needed item each day up to Christmas with the 'Operation Santa Reverse Calendar' for full details, click here.

You can volunteer your time. We have lots of volunteering opportunities over the festive season, see more by clicking here.

Everything we do is made possible by your kindness, your generosity and your support. Every bit of food given out comes from you. Every warm coat, scarf and wooly hat is provided by you. The turkey, the vegetables, the pigs in blankets and even the crackers on the table - all from you. Without your help, we cannot do the work we do and we are so grateful that you help us to give Christmas to those who have nothing.

Thank you.

Operation Santa. Let's make it a happy Christmas for everyone.
