RESETTLEMENT WORKER

£24,200 (40 hours per week)

 

We are looking for a Resettlement Worker to work within our Resource Centre and assume responsibility for assessing and meeting the resettlement needs of the clients who access our busy drop-in services.

 

This will include identifying individual needs and barriers to housing before drawing up a plan that will include the guidance and support necessary to successfully guide our residents into long-term move on accommodation suitable for their specific needs

 

Candidates should ideally have experience of working with homeless and disadvantaged clients and an understanding of issues and current options with regard to housing legislation and resettlement options

 

​Applicants must have empathy with our client group and the ability to work within the ethos of Crawley Open House. Previous experience of working with this client group would be advantageous. ​
