RESETTLEMENT OUTREACH WORKER
 

40 HOURS PER WEEK £22,000 12 MONTH FIXED TERM

 

We are looking for a Resettlement Outreach Worker to work within our Resettlement Team and assume responsibility for assessing and meeting the resettlement and tenancy needs of our clients throughout the town.

 

This will include identifying individual needs and barriers to housing before drawing up a plan that will include the guidance and support necessary to enable our clients to successfully maintain their tenancy.

 

Candidates should ideally have experience of working with homeless and disadvantaged clients and an understanding of issues and current options with regard to housing legislation.

An understanding of the welfare benefits system would be an advantage.


Applicants must have an empathy with our client group and the ability to work within the ethos of Crawley Open House. Previous experience of working with this client group would

be advantageous.​
