£10.45 per hour

 

Join our team of Sessional Workers (Bank Staff) to cover staff absences when needed. Gain experience & learn new skills which may lead to new opportunities. Have a meaningful impact on our local community

 

The team provide support and understanding to all of our homeless and disadvantaged clients throughout the day and night in a multi-skilled role that includes: Life-skills, listening, cooking, etc. to ensure the smooth running of our hostel provision

 

Applicants must have empathy with our client group and the ability to work within the ethos of Crawley Open House. Previous experience working with this client group is not essential but would be advantageous.
