While walking towards the Motorpoint Arena in Cardiff, Danni Evans and Steph Robins bumped into a homeless man.
The two friends were on their way to see James Arthur on Wednesday, March 4 when they spotted Jordan on the streets.
Danni and Steph, who are both from Swansea , started chatting to Jordan. He told the pair how much he loved James Arthur and and would give "anything to see him".
Danni had three tickets to the gig as a present from her boyfriend but as she ended up only taking Steph it meant she had a spare.
Instead of trying to sell the ticket on, Danni decided to offer it to Jordan.
