St John Ambulance volunteers are 'angels' to the homeless in Sussex

A VEHICLE donated to provide medical care and support for homeless people will make a “huge difference”.

The new mobile treatment centre is equipped to provide first aid and primary healthcare and was donated to St John Ambulance’s Homeless Service by the Mark Master Masons – an order of the Freemasons.

Sharon Agnew, service manager for the St John Ambulance Homeless Service in Sussex, said: “This vehicle is going to make a huge difference. We can pull up anywhere and open the doors and it’s a fully equipped clinic.
