The owners of a shop in Folkestone said the decision to install shutters to keep out homeless people was 'not taken lightly'.
Residents have shared their outrage after a huge steel shutter appeared outside Clarks in the town centre.
The barrier covers the wide doorway to the shop, where rough sleepers often pitch up for some shelter overnight.
