This is the incredible moment selfless volunteers donned masks and gloves - and risked their own health to feed the city's struggling homeless in the midst of a deadly pandemic.
As many charities reportedly 'stopped feeding' amid the Covid-19 lockdown, around a dozen kind-hearted volunteers from Homeless One came out in force to ensure those without a home were fed.
Huge queues of struggling men and women could be seen snaking behind food stalls set up in New Bartholomew Street on Thursday evening, March 26.
The volunteers, dressed in high-vis jackets and protective face masks, enforced the two metres social distancing rule with each person waiting to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.
