An Australian model and Instagram influencer has relived her 'terrifying' 10-day stint as a homeless person sleeping rough in Sydney.
Ellie Gonsalves switched her glamorous lifestyle for the streets to help raise awareness about Australia's homelessness crisis for SBS' third season of Filthy Rich & Homeless.
Ahead of the show's premiere on Tuesday, the 29-year-old revealed she was so anxious she barely slept throughout the entire experience.
Ms Gonsalves said she was repeatedly heckled on the streets - sometimes by several men at once.
