TAP WORKER

£24,200 (40 hours per week)

​

Supporting clients with complex and multiple needs, primarily mental health and alcohol/substance misuse, to enable them to address their issues and make positive changes in their lives.

​

Identifying relevant support services and offering personalised support to clients to help them engage successfully and consistently with these services.

​

Building links within the community and creating strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including community-based groups.

​

Gaining feedback from individuals they support, both formally and informally, to feed into the programme to inform the system change work.

​

Applicants must have empathy with our client group and the ability to work within the ethos of Crawley Open House. Previous experience working with this client group would be advantageous. ​

​

This is for a fixed term only, until 30th November 2024

​
